Job Summary

Responsible for

Amplified Marketing Practice Support

across Central & Eastern US regions. Build customer relationships, advise customers on successful marketing practices, and work directly with the sales and marketing teams to support the customer in growing their practice. This position will be the primary post-sale marketing contact between Cynosure Lutronic and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be required to perform other function-related activities beyond those listed below based on business needs.

Manage the onboarding process for all new customers, by acting as the primary point-of-contact and familiarizing them with all available resources.Evaluate customer marketing activities and challenges and provide strategic optimization recommendations.Introduce marketing opportunities and provide strategic direction designed to drive sales and increase patient loyalty.Deliver defined customer engagement and marketing content through an established nurture track via proactive outbound phone calls, email communication, and scheduled check-ins.Train customers on the AMPS online portal, and assist with administrative needs (password resets, webstore access, etc.)Design and develop personalized creative assets using Adobe creative suite (PDF editor, photoshop, etc.) based on requests from customers and Cynosure Lutronic sales partners.Coordinate with and direct third-party partners to provide added value to customers.Monitor, analyze, and report on program metrics to continually create program initiatives ensuring customer business objectives are met.Act as Cynosure Lutronic point of contact for complaints, arbitrating disputes, and resolving grievances with customers in relation to marketing services provided.Support to the Sales team by providing account insights and offering best-in-class service to ensure their client's needs are met.Qualifications

Education

BS/BA Degree in Marketing or Communications - preferred, but not requiredExperience

1 to 2 years of experience in aesthetic practice Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital MarketingSkills

Customer Service experienceOrganized with attention to detail and a sense of urgencyBasic understanding of marketing tacticsCollaborative cross-functional partnershipHighly proficient in phone and/or video etiquetteMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)SalesForce experience - preferred, but not requiredBasic graphic design (Adobe creative suite) preferredCommunication and presentation skills (including virtual)Demonstrate good independent judgment and discretionComfortable with making decisions and flexible to changing needsProven creative talent and originalityProblem-solvingData-driven and analyticalAbility to multi-task and perform effectively under pressureFlexible and adaptable to changeAbility to learn and assimilate information quickly
