We are looking for a n

Instructional Designer

to help utilize technology effectively to enhance learning and communication through visually compelling content

.

This position will be

full-time

contract

and

onsite.

What You'll Do

Design and develop visually appealing graphics, presentations, and multimedia content to support various educational and promotional initiatives

Create engaging videos, tutorials, and interactive multimedia materials that effectively communicate complex concepts and procedures

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand content requirements and translate them into compelling visual representations

Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on best practices for using graphic design and video creation tools

Provide technical support and guidance to users regarding software functionalities and troubleshooting

Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that enhance graphics design and video production capabilities

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production

What You'll Need

Required:Proven experience (1-5 years) as a graphics designer, multimedia specialist, or similar role

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

Experience with Adobe InDesign

Experience with Microsoft 365

Experience with text-to-speech editing tools

Experience with Canva Professional

Solid understanding of design principles, video editing techniques, and multimedia production processes

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops

Experience with eSports, virtual reality, or augmented reality

Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
