Designers at Creosote are responsible for supporting our clients in all aspects of visual output.
You'll directly support creative directors in delivering award-winning work. This includes but is not limited to: graphic design, photo manipulation, motion graphics, social media posts, production for both digital and print deliverables, branded collateral, web banners, presentation design and original content.The ideal candidate:A college graduate with a four-year degree with 1-2 years of experience in production or agency environmentsInterested in meeting the demands of a small, full-service agencyProficiency with the full Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)Proficient in Macintosh and Microsoft OfficeDual-minded: Highly creative but can also think within established brands and strategiesWorks collaboratively to develop branded collateral - social media content, short video reels, animated videos, brand identities, printed materials, and presentationsBrainstorms with team for new and refined ideasAbility to execute following conceptual direction and client feedbackExcellent design, typography, motion and layout skillsAdhering to timelines and performing under tight deadlines if neededAbility to balance multiple projects at once, multitask and work in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborateProactive with a desire to exceed goalsCandidates must provide their portfolio URL or as an attachment to be considered.Salary:$40,000-$55,000Benefits:Health, Vision and Dental Plans: Maryland-based PPO (a network of physicians in Maryland only)Two weeks PTO, plus 10 paid holidaysSimple IRA Plan: 3% MatchingHybrid OptionsFlexible HoursProfessional Development
