We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising to drive our online presence and growth.Job Description:Responsibilities:Email Marketing:Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.Create and design email templates, write compelling copy, and segment email lists for targeted messaging.Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.Optimize website content, meta tags, and backlinks to enhance search engine visibility.Monitor and analyze SEO performance and make recommendations for improvements.Paid Advertising:Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Develop ad creatives, set targeting parameters, and monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.Analyze ad performance data and adjust strategies to meet campaign goals and budget constraints.Requirements:Proven experience in email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.Proficiency with email marketing platforms Mailchimp and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.Hours:work hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.20 hours per week
