As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll take the reins of our core marketing functions and help take our brand to the next level.Your Primary Mission:Manage our paid digital advertising efforts, primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as well as Google and TikTok.Other Exciting Things You'll Do:Social Media Management: Engage with our community and grow our online presence.Email Marketing: Craft compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience.Analytics and Metrics Management: Analyze data to track the success of our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.Content Creation Briefing and Ideation: Collaborate on the creation of engaging content that aligns with our brand.Marketing and Promotional Calendar Planning: Strategize and collaborate on the planning of our marketing and promotional activities.Must Have:3+ years of general digital marketing experienceStrong Meta ads skills and understanding (Facebook and Instagram paid ads)The ability to manage your own role and consistently demonstrate initiative, without heavy direction from managersOutstanding organization skills and attention to detailNice To Have:Experience playing or recording musicSubscription business experience (analytics, metrics, marketing, etc)Graphic design skillsCreative direction skills (e.g. briefing video creators)Shopify experience (analytics etc)Klaviyo experienceP.S.
