Lectrix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing Operations to help grow our company to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business content development, SEO, lead generation, and strategic planning within a digital marketing agency. This role requires a proven background in agency/company operations, including client management, team leadership, process optimization, financial management, and quality control. Experience in electronics, engineering, or industrial marketing management is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Marketing LeadershipOversee the content development team, and ensure content aligns with engineering clients' messaging, objectives, standards, and industry trends.Support the SEO team's initiatives, provide support for product development, and ensure SEO strategies meet clients' business objectives.Guide the client success management team, providing support when needed, and ensuring client plans achieve their business goals.Help the design team as needed to provide an engineering industry driven design service to our clients.Develop our engineering board, integrating their guidance into our work, products, and teams.Agency OperationsManage and optimize agency operations, including client relationships, team performance, and workflow processes.Oversee financial planning and budget management to achieve profitability goals.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business development plans.Ensure quality control across all marketing deliverables to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.Industry-Specific MarketingAcquire and apply industry-specific knowledge of electronics, engineering, or industrial sectors to tailor marketing strategies.Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to provide relevant and impactful marketing solutions.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content development, SEO, lead generation, and strategy. Specifically, proven experience in:Technical and business content development, including whitepapers, blogs, application notes, collateral, videos.B2B SEO, preferably in an engineering field.B2B lead generation of various types, preferably in an engineering field.Strategic planning for engineering clients incorporating the above services.Extensive experience in agency or company operations, including client management, team leadership, process optimization, financial management, and quality control.Proven track record in managing profitability and achieving business growth.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
