The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Director of Digital Marketing in all efforts that drive the DTC business. This role has a large emphasis on collaborating cross-functionally with the eCommerce and Brand Marketing team, ensuring an exceptional and fluid DTC GTM strategy. You will support our fast-growing ecommerce business by partnering with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Operations to drive our shared vision for putting the customer first and driving a seamless digital experience. This role will facilitate content calendaring with the ecommerce team, support in some specific key channels like Affiliate and SEO, and work closely with the broader team to ensure that agency partners and team members are equipped with brand-aligned content, copy, and briefs.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport Director of Digital Marketing in SEO execution to deliver SEO best practices, content strategies, and site optimizations focused on SEO discoverability. This position works directly with Agency Partner.Support Director of Digital Marketing with Affiliate program management. Key responsibilities include; driving incremental DTC revenue, focusing on program health, and facilitating partner communication.Partner with Director of Digital Marketing to support Digital Marketing Agency on all aspects of campaign strategy, planning, buying, testing, and optimization to drive target return and revenue volume.Facilitate eCommerce GTM execution for key stories, moments in time, and product launches with brand and eCommerce team.Support and drive broader Influencer and Content Creator strategy. This includes working with agency partners to identify new relationships, equipping creators with content briefs, and supporting them with product and information for them to drive brand-value.Supporting both the U.S. and Canada DTC businesses.Requirements:3-5+ years of Digital Marketing experience with knowledge in executing GTM planning, cross-functional communication, and relevant Digital Marketing Channels and Agencies.Previous experience in DTC with a focus on Apparel & Footwear Brands.DTC focused copywriting experience.Must be relentless in maintaining a high level of quality through cross-functional communication.Highly organized and calendar driven, with the ability to handle many competing priorities.Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including managing to a timeline and budget, experience working with high-level contacts.Experience using web analytics (Google Analytics preferred) for reporting.Adept at using Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).This role is expected to be hybrid in office at OOFOS Headquarters in Braintree, MA.Leadership/Cultural Requirements:Cultural fit - matches up with the OOFOS OOsoul.Highly motivated, organized individual with ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.Self-starter who can identify new opportunities, analyze a problem and develop tactics/strategies to drive growth.Outstanding communication and customer contact skills required.Ability to work well in a team environment under tight deadlines.Relationship management skills required.Interpersonal savvy with customer focus.Proactive and detail-oriented.Ability to grow into Senior Digital Marketing leadership roleJob Type:
