It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Job SummaryDrives the North American Hospital Resuscitation Market within ZOLL, with an emphasis on strategic direction, positioning, and product launches. Applicable product lines include, but are not limited to: monitor/defibrillators, AEDs, high-quality CPR technologies, clinical/QA/QI software applications, temperature management devices, ventilators, automated CPR, therapeutic electrodes, and accessories.Essential Functions

Drives the Hospital positioning and market strategy in the US and Canadian markets to ensure continued growth.

Develops the annual Hospital marketing plan and budget, aligning strategies and tactics with those defined in the Hospital mid-term plan; and contributes to annual mid-term planning process.

Leads the North American Hospital Marketing Team. Establishes personal objectives for the team to help achieve NA Hospital Marketing objectives. Provides coaching and leadership to grow and develop the team.

Works closely with the Marketing and Marketing Communications managers to effectively deliver product and company messaging to the Sales teams and market.

Works with Product Management to define, research, and guide development of Hospital products to meet needs of NA Hospital customers and to ensure competitive differentiation.

Partners with Sales leadership, Clinical Marketing, Marketing Communications, and other key functional areas to ensure strategy and initiatives are aligned.

Manages expenses effectively and to budget.

Takes customer satisfaction as a personal goal to ensure ZOLL customers and field sales and clinical teams receive the highest level of support from marketing.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in business or technical discipline required

MBA preferred

10-12 years medical device marketing and/or product management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Successful track record introducing new medical devices into the US market.

Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and sales teams.

Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.

Strong results orientation.

Experience/background in resuscitation, cardiology, and/or cath lab preferred; and experience in capital devices is a plus.

Previous people management experience preferred

Travel Requirements

Up to 30%.
