We will expect this from you as well.You In This PositionIn this role you will work on a team of consulting professionals providing an online presence for our firm. The Marketing Manager collaborates with firm leadership to develop and drive the vision of the firm's brand development. This team member supports, creates and maintains a strong online presence for our firm. This team member will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance the firm's visibility in its marketplace. Duties may include website enhancement, marketing budget cultivation, social media posting, strategizing advertising execution, leading team content development, and other responsibilities that supports the strengthening of the firms marketing infrastructure and brand visibility. You will translate firm business into social communication (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube) being integrative for the team, which includes, listening, and comprehending business needs for outreach socialization.Functional ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Manager position manages and implements strategies for the firm's brand and marketing. You will administer guidance and oversight of team member adherence with established marketing guidelines to ensure an accurate online representation of the firm. You will produce, review and publish content based on firm feedback and competitive research on industry trends.Additionally, this position will:Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.Track work and data sales common trends.Engage and develop firm content for social media platforms.Monitor emails, digital and marketing campaigns.Evaluate and conduct market research and create firm content.Edit content and marketing material.Develop and maintain social media content.Support firm marketing initiatives.Use social media platforms to promote firm.Prepare briefings for managers and leaders.Manage content for firm's social media marketing programs, including blogs, and other media.Assist in creating and editing photos, video and written content.Track the performance of the campaign.Create engaging text, image, and video content.Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders for promotional activities and partnerships.Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and three (3) years of experience in social media management and marketing or a High School diploma and six (6) years of experience in social media management and marketing.Preferred QualificationsB.S. in social media marketing, journalism, communications, marketing or public relations.Desired SkillsKnowledge of office management systems and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.Skilled writing ability.Pristine attention to detail.Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.Thoughtful relationship manager and builder.Valuable interpersonal skills.Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently.Solution-oriented mind-set with ability to make quick assessments and identify best course of action.Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Compensation and Benefits$70,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience).Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, PTOWork RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance or favorable background investigation.LocationHybrid (approx. 2 days in office, weekly).Limited to local DC Metro area.To ApplySend resume and cover letter to admin@ with the subject line Marketing Manager .Prior to interviewing you we would like to get to know you.
