We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Director with a minimum of 4 years of experience to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support our sales team. This is a
remote position , offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Ivy.ai's products and services.Oversee all marketing campaigns across channels and platforms, including Google & LinkedIn ads.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the sales, partner success, project management, and operations teams to develop assets to support all parts of the customer journey.Contribute to the creation and management of content for the website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels.Monitor website analytics to ensure optimal lead conversion and SEO.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep Ivy.ai at the forefront of the industry.Manage marketing-related subscriptions.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of leadership and success.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, including HubSpot.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the technology and/or higher education industries.Knowledge of AI and chatbot technologies.
