This is whom we want.We can provide the opportunity for students, graduates, redundancies, career changers, and the like to get a fresh start in the business world! Our program builds and develops people from the ground up, and all advancement is based on performance and merit, not previous accomplishments or office politics! Progress is measured with a compass, not a watch.We run daily product-training workshops to ensure you have a full understanding of how to explain our client's products and services to their potential customers. We also provide ongoing guidance and advice for those looking to grow both personally and professionally.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Everyone has to start somewhere! Initially, you will start with the basics by learning and carrying out the following:Enhance our Clients' Brand Awareness through our attendance at events across the Kitchener Waterloo areaAnalyze analytics and develop strategiesIncrease our Clients' Market Share through long-term, new customersAdd a Personal Touch, your unique personality is all that is needed to make a lasting impression!Additional. Progression Based OpportunitiesAs you grow and progress within the company, additional responsibilities will become available.Such as:Learning how to interview prospective candidatesTeam ManagementPublic SpeakingRunning Management meetings and training sessionsOrganizing business tripsOrganizing eventsPreparing for | Organizing business conferencesMost of our current Business Development Management Trainees have had a background, degree, or interest in:Business/ Communications/ Marketing/ EntrepreneurshipSport/ Fitness / Leisure/ Athletic Coaching / PTTeamwork / Leadership/ Business Coaching / ManagementRequirements:No specific degree or qualifications are required, but they can influence the rate of your developmentFULL TIMESimilarly, business-related experience is not required, but it can be very beneficial in determining the rate of your developmentYou'll need to be 18+ years of age since you'll be working independently and signing contracts on behalf of our clientsYou'll need to be able to commute to our office located in Miami, FL
