Marketing & Advertising Associate Responsibilities:Serving some of the most prominent brands, we ensure clients get more from customer relationships by delivering consistently superior service.Leveraging conversation and in-person social interaction to improve acquisition and retention, enhance brand loyalty, and increase sales and revenue for our clients. Our team is dedicated to creating a consultative sales process designed around solutions, not persuasion.Spanning almost a decade the business solutions team is one of the best in the industry. We train and mentor team members to develop the skills they need to lead a team by honing the strengths they naturally possess.Marketing & Advertising Associate
Qualifications:1-2 years customer service, marketing, or sales experience – retail, restaurant, or hospitality, CSR experience includedAbility to remain highly motivated in customer service and sales environmentCreative thinker and problem solverHighly energetic with motivation to appreciate customers and other team membersMulti-task orientedExcellent active listening and interpersonal skillsThe confident and positive attitude expressed with a genuinely sincere toneAdaptive to changeExcellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on probingAbility to lead a conversationDemonstrate personal responsibility (i.e., attendance, punctuality, ownership of day-to-day activities.#LI-Onsite
