ContractOne of our clients is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with campaign management, content creation, and analytics and reporting.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertisingDevelop and execute paid social media campaigns across platformsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with overall business goalsMonitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-acquisitionConduct A/B testing to refine ad creative and audience targetingDevelop strategies for growing engagementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experienceSolid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media trendsExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPay Details: $30.00 - 40.00 per hourThe role is contract and onsite in Dallas, TX.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
