In this role, you will collaborate with senior graphic designers, tackle various design tasks, and immerse yourself in a vibrant, collaborative environment. This role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday.Responsibilities:Understand project requirements and ideasUse graphic techniques to create draftsProduce design elements including logos, banners, and interfacesUnderstanding design trends and emerging technologiesEnsure brand consistency throughout applicable digital propertiesFind creative solutions through designWork independently and cooperatively on multiple projectsPitch creative conceptsUse feedback from other designers to improve and growRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related fieldOnline portfolio / website showcasing graphic design workMin 1-2 years of working experience as a graphic designerProficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteIn depth knowledge of color theory, composition, and typographyA strong eye for visual compositionAbility to work well within a teamA talent for creativity and problem-solvingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdeptness with leading design software packagesAgency experience preferred not required
