Position SummaryProximo means next in Spanish and Proximo's whiskey portfolio will be the next to breakthrough in the marketplace, with a killer portfolio of authentic historic brands and fresh, modern, and innovative whiskeys. Our new Marketing Coordinator will lead projects that support brand plan goals and program execution, with an opportunity to grow and develop into a key contributor across brands.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior Brand Manager's BTL program development and execution, working with Sales and Trade Marketing to execute brand goals by managing key components of the POS process and integrating marketing activities across media and marketing channelsSupport key brand partnerships (Celtics, PGA, The Walking Dead) by leading or supporting execution of commercial and consumer programsSupport social, digital and experiential strategy by owning key project componentsSupport brand's Interagency Team with assets, creative feedback, and coordination/integration of activities across marketing channelsCoordinate product for events, sponsorships, and brand programsLead development and execution of VAPs and local merchandising programsLead budget management and invoice processingRespond to Consumer/Agency inquiresGeneral admin assistanceKey CompetenciesProject Management-- Develops project plans under direction of SBM; drives execution and coordination with project constituents and internal/external partners; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budgetTeamwork-- Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.Planning/Organizing-- Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans.Problem Solving --Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.Quality-- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.Key RelationshipsInternal:

The range will vary if outside of this location.
