We aim to continue to provide innovative products to our customers at the best-possible prices to allow sportsmen and their families to ward off the elements during each and every outing.Position Summary:Striker is seeking an enthusiastic digital marketing professional to manage and execute promotional and brand efforts through Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other online marketing channels. The individual must be a motivated self-starter capable of creating and implementing a content and promotional strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and sales plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.Responsibilities:Create online and offline marketing contentEmpower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive salesCreate and post Striker's day-to-day social media content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok, maintaining a consistent voice across platforms.Respond to comments and engage with online customers and promotional partners on a regular basis.Create and execute upon a monthly social media calendar that aligns closely with B2B and B2C sales and marketing plan.Assist in executing Paid Social campaigns that align with quarterly, monthly, and yearly sales and marketing goals.Work with E-Commerce team to develop organic website content that enhances search engine performance and online engagement.Work with marketing team to identify and build relationships with potential industry influencers and online partners.Research and identify new trends and opportunities to ensure best practices on all platforms.Track social media metrics, and report trends and recommendations back to the Marketing team on a regular basis.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.A willingness and interest in learning new skills and best practices related to social media and digital marketing.Strong interpersonal communications and demonstrated ability to work as a team to achieve goals.Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok is required.Experience with Search Engine Optimization is preferred, but not required.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, but not required.Knowledge of the outdoors and fishing industry and a passion for all things fishing is a plus.
