The Solution

Marketing Manager

will oversee the success of various marketing initiatives, including developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to drive awareness of new client solutions and generate leads, creative writing/content strategies, and tradeshow/event management. A successful candidate will have a proven background in marketing, with expertise in product or solution marketing and digital marketing strategies. You should be creative, results-driven, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years in progressive B2B marketing communication roles, particularly in product or solution marketing;

experience in the audiovisual or technology industry is highly desirable

Proven experience and strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Automation; some experience with Salesforce is a plus.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external technology partners.Strong writing and editing skills, with the capability to tailor content for various audiences and channels.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work to achieve measurable results.Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and moderate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing competing priorities efficiently.Willingness to travel domestically up to 10-15% as neededResponsibilities :

Campaign Management : Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns to boost product and solution awareness and generate leads, in collaboration with top technology partners.HubSpot Utilization : Leverage the HubSpot marketing stack for comprehensive campaign planning and execution, including creative design, list segmentation, persona development, workflow automation, and campaign management.Content Strategy : Create and implement content strategies across multiple channels, including our website, blogs, and email marketing.Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.Innovation : Propose and develop new marketing ideas and strategies, working with the sales team and strategic technology partners to enhance effectiveness.Market Research : Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to stay informed about industry trends and guide marketing strategies across key markets and verticals.Copywriting and Editing : Provide high-quality copywriting and editing for marketing collateral, digital advertising, social media, blog posts, and PR.Event Management : Plan and execute client-facing events from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor coordination, AV setup, corporate gifts, speaker sourcing, invitations/RSVP, signage, and logistical details.
