Clutch is looking for a Director of Creative Technology with agency experience for a client of ours.Responsibilities:
Oversee the agency's technology strategy and digital solutions.Develop software plans for new business opportunities.Manage external technology partners.Set technical standards and guidelines.Mentor and develop the tech team.Drive process improvement.Collaborate with remote team members.Convert creative ideas into technical solutions.Promote innovative technology to enhance digital offerings.Lead a team of UX/UI designers and developers.Ensure efficient and high-quality backend development.Build and maintain backend systems (AEM, WordPress, Drupal, etc.).Write clear and maintainable code.Optimize AEM performance and user experience.Stay updated on technology trends.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.10+ years of tech leadership with backend development experience.Knowledge of digital marketing channels.Expertise in AEM development and management.Strong backend development skills (Python, Java, Node.js).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Agency client management experience.Proven project management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing and developing a tech team.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today.
