Job Description:Develops the marketing strategy, plans and events to create brand awareness and drive revenue.Performs research and analysis in order to define market segments and understand the competitive landscape.Establishes product, service and promotional priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended.Coordinates with other functional areas to ensure marketing priorities are consistent with corporate strategic and operational plans.Assesses market penetration and customer satisfaction.Creates and oversees production of promotional materials to support product and sales initiatives.Supports internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts.Identifies and implements procedures and systems to ensure the companies marketing activities are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs.List the top skills in order of importance and number of years of experience for each skill.

Rally is a productivity tracking tool which is used to keep track of agile features, stories, and tasks.Tableau and Adobe are used to measure performance and visualize data and insights.What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?

Direct-To-Consumer marketing with an approach of performance and optimization of owned media channels for ASC products.Drive demand generation and business performance outcomes through designing, executing, measuring and optimizing addressable campaigns.Track, analyze, and evaluate strategic effectiveness through the utilization of financial metrics such as return on investment.Determine appropriate partnerships with various internal and external resources to develop and deliver complex go-to market plans for USAA brand and products that contribute to goals outlined by strategy/market performance.Ensures the on-time, orderly flow of all projects from initiation to release, through responsible project delivery execution.Responsible for ongoing management of agency resources, campaign and channel plans, and related budgets that achieve stated objectives.Please provide any details that will be helpful for Supplier to find the right candidate for job.The preferred candidate will be an independent thought starter, apply advanced knowledge of marketing principles and business discipline to the campaigns and processes, and be able to quickly synthesize data and translate the data into actionable insights.
