Job Overview

The Marketing Manager supports sales efforts and oversees all aspects of Senergy Petroleum's brand. A successful hire will be responsible for coordinating all efforts to improve brand recognition and loyalty to prospects, customers and employees. These efforts range from long term planning to daily task execution. The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing. This position includes a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and background.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

Interacting directly with the SVP of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager establishes key initiatives and then executes. Some of the duties include:Coordinate and oversee the company marketing functions to identify and develop new customers for products and services.Oversee the creation of programs, promotions, campaigns, marketing materials, videos, and images that support sales efforts and build the Senergy brand.Coordinate and work with Senergys suppliers to execute brand awareness programs. In addition, maintain corporate marketing calendar to leverage supplier programs and promotions.Create and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives through reporting, tracking and analysis to provide feedback to Senergy executive management team and strategic partners as needed.Assist in monitoring sales organizations compliance within established standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with Sales Management to optimize effectiveness of organizations technology investment.Maintain and coordinate all aspects of the company website and social media platforms to include but not limited to: search engine optimization, paid search, customer buying experience, content deployment, live chat, analytics and reporting, and daily monitoring.Lead the planning and implementation of Senergy events such as training events, customer specific events, trade shows, and other Senergy outreach opportunities.Develop and maintain a marketing strategy that improves brand awareness and increases sales.Maintain Senergys corporate brand presence to the established Senergy guideline. This includes all print, digital and promotional items.Develop and manage marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.Enhance employee loyalty to Senergy through company-wide initiatives like the Senergy Promo Store, employee events and other programs.Negotiating, purchasing, and inventory of Senergy merchandise and promotional items.Additional
