TThis role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design impactful solutions that uphold mission.Responsibilities: -
Design products systematically, interactively, and visually with pixel-level precisionCollaborate with engineering, product management, and research to develop user-centric solutionsManage feedback from stakeholders and work closely with engineers during implementation and quality assurance phasesUphold a high level of design execution across the teamSkills: -
Experience designing for B2B tools, with knowledge of content management or merchant domains as a plusProven track record of building digital products in partnership with product management and engineeringStrong portfolio demonstrating design skills, prototyping, and product thinking based on qualitative and quantitative insightsExcellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearlyAttention to detail and ownership over product qualitySolid understanding of layout, typography, color, and graphic design principlesAbility to work within and extend a design system, experience with design systems and product redesigns is a plusStrong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional partnersJob Requirement
