As an integral part of the fast-paced marketing team at HUB, this role will manage one Content Specialist and will report to the Director of Content & Social.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support and manage HUBs thought leadership across all lines of business (property & casualty, employee benefits, retirement, private client, risk services & personal digital marketplace), including:In close collaboration with Brand Marketing team, identify timely topics that will drive engagementSchedule interviews with subject matter expertsManage the review/approval process with stable of freelance writersEdit content as needed to ensure HUBs consistent voice and toneLead the development of the monthly HUB EDGE newsletterAbility to distill complex topics into digestible and actionable insights for target audiencesSupport an omni-channel marketing approach by recommending and developing high- impact content that drives engagement; formats include articles, white papers, web pages, infographics, social media, email and videoEducation, Experience, Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree required; marketing, communications or journalism preferredB2B ideation, writing and editing experience required with the ability to provide samples of published workExpertise in content strategy & creationStrong project & time management skills; experience with project management systems like Workfront preferredMinimum of 8 years of marketing communications or content experienceInsurance industry experience strongly preferred; financial or professional services experience requiredJOIN OUR TEAMDo you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
