Quantum-Si is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager - Campaign, to lead in the development and execution of multichannel marketing programs to drive awareness, demand generation and revenue for our next-generation sequencing platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation programs. The ability to collaborate with both cross-functional and external partners for successful execution is critical for this role.

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement strategic, multi-channel marketing plans for our protein sequencing platform to penetrate strategic market segments and opportunities cross-functionallyCollaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other departments to align demand generation efforts with overall company goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and partnerships to attract and engage potential customers.Content Development: With scientific affairs and product marketing, project manage the creation of compelling and educational content that resonates with the target audience, showcases Quantum-Si's expertise, and addresses customer pain points.Creative Writing: Proficient in crafting compelling and technically accurate marketing content to effectively communicate complex concepts in the fields of technology, science, and innovation.Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI and conversion rates.Digital: Support performance of our digital channels, including website, SEO/M, and social as well as other traditional channels for advertising and tradeshow/conferences.Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the greatest impact on lead generation and revenue generation.Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, in the creation of campaign assets and develop and execute robust multi-channel marketing programs to drive successful demand generation programs.Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation efforts and regularly provide reports to the executive team on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for optimization.Other duties as assignedQualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related science field;5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing, or related roles within the life sciences, biotech, or technology sectors is a mustStrong organizational acumen to project manage and execute on campaigns leveraging cross functional supportCreative writing proficiencyProven track record of successfully developing and implementing demand generation strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.Deep understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.Passion for biotechnology,proteomics, and driving innovation in the life sciences industry.Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it's ok if you don't!):

MBABachelor's Degree in Science

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $110,000-$150,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, level of the position, an individual's skills, knowledge and abilities, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity as part of the compensation package.
