Job Description:
Develop and execute customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including customer experience brief, site strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies, navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypesReview and analyze business, user and technical requirements that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternativesMaster in Figma, proficient in Microsoft suite applicationsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsDesign, develops, tests, and refines prototypesPresent and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and direct managersRequired Qualifications:
Must have Experience UX Design and FigmaDesign and deliver creation of experiences based on user inclusion methods that involve research, UX strategy definition, usability testing, design refinement, influence and prioritization of sprint backlog, partner/customer demo and validation during Sprint Review events.Be accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction of the companyInfluence roadmaps and business decisions by providing customer experience considerations and participate in roadmap planning and virtual teamsMake decisions in customer experience strategy for platforms and products requiring understanding of the function and compliance requirements
Pay rate: $53-56/hr on W2
