The Role:

SnapLogic is seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented marketing operator to join our team. This role will reside within the Marketing Operations team and own technical campaign management, execution, and performance reporting for the marketing team.

You will get the chance to flex your analytical and strategic thinking muscles, as the fulcrum of the demand gen engine building scalable and repeatable processes for marketing campaigns, working with all go-to-market teams on demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and reporting that will be relied upon by the marketing, sales and executive team to deliver on the business objectives.

You will have a proven ability to work cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, sales and partner teams. This includes a strong aptitude to build, collaborate and execute marketing operations and technology, with a close link to pipeline and revenue, in a fast-paced startup environment managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. Experience using our suite of tools (Marketo, Salesforce) is a requirement.

We are looking for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who are willing to be in our San Mateo HQ two times a week.

What You'll Do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns through owning bi-weekly campaign calls.Execute on all webinars, asset landing pages, in-person event tracking programs, UTM tracking processes, campaign reporting, and more.Work closely with our Email & Ops Manager to maintain a high quality Marketo infrastructure, including ongoing optimization of our program templates, lead scoring model, segmentation, and data quality.Provide training, support, and documentation to marketing team members on our built process and best practices to ensure alignment and proficiency.Develop and maintain a reporting suite to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvementIdentify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalabilityWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience 4+ years in B2B SaaS in a marketing operations role, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.Marketo certified advanced user (preferred) with in-depth experience building Marketo programs at scale.Hands-on experience setting up and running webinars on common webinar platforms (Goldcast and other similar platforms).Salesforce intermediate knowledge and/or certification a plus.Experience with modern marketing technologies including ABM, email, attribution, inbound marketing, event and webinar technology, analytics.Technical expertise with commonly used marketing, sales, and analytics tools (6sense, Qualified, Looker, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.) and/or a deep interest in learning and implementing new functionality.Strong hands-on abilities and technical expertise to solve problems with minimal guidance and a positive, can-do attitude.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.Strong cross-functional project/program management experience.Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPointInnovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player.An individual who thrives operating in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.BA/BS in Marketing or related discipline preferred.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year

The above range is the approximate annual U.S. base pay range for this position. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the range listed. In addition to base salaries, certain roles are also eligible for annual cash bonuses or commissions. All of our full time employees get stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
