Who we are looking for:

We're looking for an experienced data analytics AD to help clients and internal agency teams establish a data-driven culture of measurement. This person will support internal VML audiences and our client stakeholders. They will help analyze the data available to determine the appropriate next steps for providing the most relevant information to stakeholders for business and marketing decisionsWhat you'll do:Recommend, prepare, monitor and evaluate key conversion metrics and KPI dashboards by analyzing patterns, usage and trendsShow exemplary communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen to understand strategy, interact with clients and present actionable findingsEducate automotive dealers about media insights and campaign efficienciesStructure analytical problems, extract and analyze data, and present findings to clientsDemonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with dataUnderstand the conversion rate optimization path and the indicators of itContribute to client's direction and strategy and influence decision-making based on information gained from deep-dive and ad hoc analysisProvide leadership/mentorship of analysts, including providing thought leadership, analyses ideation and professional guidanceWho you are:

Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writingAble to listen to stakeholders and provide solutionsPassionate about a culture of measurementDetail-oriented and thoroughAnalytical and decisiveBusiness-savvy and team-orientedStrong work ethic and integrityExpert knowledge in media metrics, dimensions and key performance indicatorsWhat you'll need:Seven-plus years relevant experience with three-plus years experience in media analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics or other highly quantitative fieldAgency experience required, with experience working in Automotive industry, specifically familiar with the dealer ecosystemExperience with Omnichannel analytics (Search, Social & Programmatic) requiredExperience in data analysis and report generation, using analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI and DatoramaExpert understanding of digital marketing, interactive marketing concepts and strategiesExperience working independently and self-managing projects to deliver results supporting multiple clients and stakeholdersExperience with predictive analytics and CRM applications is a plusExperience effectively managing projects that support multiple clients and stakeholdersExpert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis, research and presentation creationWhat we offer:Passionate, driven people

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000-$180,000 USD
