As an integral part of the Product Marketing team at iCapital, this individual will play a vital role in our go-to-market education strategy, encompassing our foundational education program, investment product training platform, and thought leadership offering to create a cohesive alternative investment education experience for our audiences. The ideal candidate will create and implement a Marketing strategy that positions our company as the industry's comprehensive and authoritative resource for information on alternative investments and as the go-to destination for anyone seeking to educate themselves on alternative investments. This role involves regular communication with the business team and the greater Marketing organization to deliver high-quality execution of the overall strategy.Responsibilities

Product and Target Audience Knowledge:

Work closely with the Product team to understand value propositions.Develop deep understanding of audiences bringing this knowledge to product roadmap discussions and translation of product features into benefits, reasons to believe, and content messaging.

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement the end-to-end marketing and content strategy for the educational platform, including campaigns, emails, social media, webinars, videos, advertising, digital, etc.Create a cohesive narrative that positions the platform as a comprehensive resource for alternative investment education.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing plans.Lead and be the expert on the product and target audiences enabling teams within Marketing Communication to execute with confidence.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner closely with members of the business team, ensuring alignment with business goals and expected outcomes.Provide updates on marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments.

Performance Analysis:

Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, reporting on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Keep current with trends impacting the target audience, sharing your learnings with the broader marketing organization.Use insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Growth Mindset:

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by testing new approaches, gathering feedback, and adhering to industry best practices.

Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget judiciously, aiming for optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment.

Qualifications

10-15+ years of marketing experience within the wealth management or financial services industryExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging diverse audiencesStrong analytical abilities, comfortable with data-driven decision-making, and performance optimizationCreative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target demographicsTeam player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with various internal departments and external stakeholders

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
