We are looking for a talented Project Manager to lead and oversee our marketing kiosks project, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.Job Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing kiosks throughout the casino. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that the kiosks provide a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in the casino or hospitality industry, and a keen understanding of marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of marketing kiosks across the casino floor, ensuring timely and successful deployment.Coordinate with marketing, IT, operations, and other departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring that all kiosk hardware and software components meet quality and performance standards.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.Ensure that marketing content on kiosks is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with the casino's brand and promotional strategies.Collect and analyze data on kiosk usage and customer interactions to inform future improvements and marketing strategies.Train and support staff on the use and maintenance of marketing kiosks.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT Casino experience, or a related field.PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the casino, hospitality, or entertainment industry.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of marketing technologies and customer engagement strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
