About the Role

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in creating Agent brand guidelines and marketing strategies focused on optimizing the Agent's branding and outreach to their customers as well as ensuring the deliverables outlined in the Lever Value proposition are consistently met by the marketing team.

What you'll do:

Create and manage Lever marketing campaigns and individual real estate agent campaigns as well as branding guidelines and strategiesCreate custom brand guidelines and template property brochures, flyers, social assets, postcards, and other digital and print materials in accordance with agent brandingWork closely with sales agents to strategize and create a brand guideline in accordance with their vision and goalsAssist with agent branding and help assess their marketing needs through regular communication and strategy sessionsOrganize, produce and manage content for both Lever and agent's social media and websiteOversee all new listings and property marketingManage monthly marketing calendar and team to ensure deliverables are met on timePartner with virtual assistants & provide clear communication and direction on tasks.What we need from you:

2+ years of experience in a marketing and/or graphic design roleKnowledge of Google Drive, Canva, Adobe CS, Microsoft Office and GSuite, and other programsStrong social media and online marketing skillsPositive personality and ability to work well under pressureAbility to think fast, multi-task and work at a fast paceExcellent written and communication skillsHighly organizedStrong sense of designReal estate experience preferred but not requiredStrong ability to create and follow systems & modelsProvide strong communication skills and customer service both verbally and through emailWhat do we have to offer?
