As a

Product Designer

at VOGLIO, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams - including product managers, engineers, and analysts - to create innovative and intuitive designs that meet requirements while elevating the user experience bar. You will have near-endless opportunities to design new products and improve existing processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Research and propose sound recommendations for product architecture, features, and navigation based on identified user needs for clients and internal toolsDevelop wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications for web, mobile, and email designsPartner with Product Lead to sketch user flows and page ecosystems across channelsMonitor website performance, analyze user behavior, accurately record results, and summarize insightsWork closely with product management to interpret data on user behaviors, design user experience tests, and incorporate conclusions into future designsApply user-centered design (UCD) process methods from concept to launchRun UX studies and identify opportunities for internal properties, existing, and prospective clientsWork closely with product and engineering peers to ensure design systems, component libraries, and assets are maintained to ensure efficiency and consistencyDesign and/or update production assets, infographics, iconography, photography, and moreAdhere to internal and client brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touch pointsQualifications

Possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in design or human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Visual ArtsProfessional experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar roleFluent in best practices for information architecture and interaction designProficient in design tools; Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar toolExperience working with and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and tokensProficient in UX research tools (Hotjar, TRYMYUI, Usability Hub preferred)Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS a plusStrong portfolio of design projects (please provide a link to your portfolio)Is This You?

The hiring range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. Final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
