The FIFA World Cup 2026 TM marketing team is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Creative Project Manager.

The role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to manage creative requests of all sizes from start to finish across B2B and B2C workstreams.

As a key member of our in-house creative team you will ensure that all work coming through the creative department is delivered on time, at the highest level and according to FIFA's string brand guidelines. You will manage all project details including the brief, resources, allocations, timelines, deliverables, budgets, reporting, and planning.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with a wide variety of creative outputs, and deadlines across time zones in a fast-paced work environment. Your experience will include establishing creative department process, brand identity development and campaign launch experience with final creative deliverables being used across social, digital, email, website, print, OOH, radio, print, event on-site signage, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our creative project management lead you will:Be the first point of contact for marketing teams when it comes to creative requests and requirementsBe the guardian of our creative process and ensure teams are working to this process, completing and supplying clear briefs and that the process is being adhered to in a timely mannerClearly communicate new projects, changes, and requirements to the wider creative team and ensure everyone is informed of the latest schedule and upcoming project requirementsMeticulously maintain and update creative schedules and timelines while managing workloads of creatives and identifying in advance where freelance resource may be requiredSupport the creative director in hiring freelance resource for projects as and when requiredCoordinate, schedule and follow-up on team meetings, creative briefing sessions, creative brainstorms, and any meetings between creative & other teams required for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure all projects are delivered on time and within budgetResolve any workflow conflicts which may impact project expectationsPERSON SPECIFICATION

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

5-7 years of experience in the advertising or creative agency industryProven experience managing the timely delivery of creative projects and deliverablesPassion for sports and hospitality preferred with a focus on soccer/futbolProven experience working with creative resources that include art directors, designers, copywriters, animators, video editors, producers, photographers, illustrators, etc.Proven experience working on brand, campaign, and product announcements and launchesProven experience planning, leading, directing, and managing various creative-driven projects simultaneouslyBasic understanding and knowledge of the sports & lifestyle global sponsorship market - understanding why brands want to partner with live events & sports properties would be extremely useful in this role;Mac proficiency with strong, working ability to use Keynote, PPTX, Microsoft Office, Asana, DigiDeck, Ceros, PageproofSKILLS & ABILITIES

You'll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an RFP/ pitch or an event.You may be required to travel to each event and work on-site for the duration of the event, as necessary.Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:$100,000 annually
