Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation and prototyping to user testing and final implementation, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journeyCollaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to design best-in-class experiences for our usersDesign for our web, iOS, and Android platformsContribute to our our design system and brand identityEnsure the products we ship are consistent with our design and branding standardsPerform user research and use data to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customersDesign marketing materials and partner with external contact design resourcesREQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of UX, UI, or product design experienceStrong product sensibilityExperience developing wireframes and prototypesProficiency with FigmaProven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web productsA strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for product designYou are an open-minded and accountable individual, who respects collaborationExcellent communication and organization skillsBachelor's degree in a related design major or equivalent work experienceNICE TO HAVE:
Interest in Crypto and or Blockchain technologiesInterest in FinTechInterest in trading
Salary range for this role is $170K to $230K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
