The Entry Level Marketing Agent at Webcraft Stylers will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual looking to start a career in marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Help manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.Assist in organizing and promoting events and product launches.Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Creativity and ability to think outside the box.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
