Are you a dedicated Family Practice provider looking to make a meaningful impact in a rural community? Indian Health Services is urgently seeking a committed and compassionate Family Practice provider to join our team in rural Arizona. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Position Details: Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time. Patient Load: 8-12 patients per day schedule. Responsibilities: Conduct patient interviews and examinations, review medical history, medications, and diet. Order and perform necessary diagnostic tests. Make preliminary diagnoses and prescribe treatment plans. Document observations and care in the electronic medical record. Provide comprehensive patient care, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Conduct outpatient clinics and modify treatment plans as needed. Instruct and counsel patients and their families on health care and treatment options. Assist in minor surgeries and coordinate referrals to other facilities when necessary. Integrate patient information into the Health Care Program to ensure timely follow-up care. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine. Licensed to practice in Arizona.
