Who You'll Work With

The People, Policy & Purpose organization is seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer/Digital Content Creation Lead to join our Communications, Brand, Events & Marketing (C-BEAM) team. This team is responsible for a variety of functions that support the overall mission and goals of Cisco.

Who You Are

We are seeking someone who has a passion for design and a knack for creating compelling digital content that resonates with diverse audiences. As a Graphic Designer/Digital Content Creation Lead, you will be responsible for developing visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our mission to power an inclusive future for all as well as:

Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email marketing templates, infographics, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the communications team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that effectively communicate organizational initiatives.

Manage and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive visual experience for our audience.

Design and create engaging C-Suite level PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate the intended message.

Collaborate with various departments to gather content and transform complex information into clear, impactful presentations that can be used for conferences, meetings, webinars, and other events.

Provide creative input and suggest innovative ways to present data and information visually in PowerPoint, enhancing audience understanding and engagement.

Develop and maintain a library of presentation templates and assets that can be utilized by the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency in future presentation creation.

Our Minimum Qualifications For This Role:

10+ years of proven experience in graphic design or digital content creation.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

5+ years of proven experience supporting C-Suite level graphic design and PowerPoint presentation needs.

Demonstrated experience in crafting professional PowerPoint presentations, including the use of animations, transitions, charts, and multimedia elements.

Strong storytelling abilities, with the skill to distill complex concepts into clear, persuasive presentations.

Knowledge of best practices in presentation design and delivery, as well as an understanding of how to adapt presentations to different audiences and contexts.

A portfolio showcasing a range of design and digital content work.

Our Preferred Qualifications For This Role:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience working within graphic design in a global, Fortune 500 Company or similar, large matrixed organization.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Proven experience supporting analyst relations, public relations, social media, executive leadership, employee communications and executive communications.
