Primary Function

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic owned media platforms marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking marketing projects, communicating with partners on timelines, and ensuring they are completed on time. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, high attention to detail, time management skills and a passion for marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the OMP marketing team’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs across such areas as email, social media, or SEO/content marketing

Manage multiple OMP projects, which includes securing progress across different internal and external teams, ensuring deliverables are on time while proactively ensuring obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of programs

Coordinate and manage incoming project requests with team workloads and the priority levels of other tasks in mind

Facilitate collaboration between team members to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met or renegotiated as necessary. Escalate and diffuse conflicts where appropriate

Continually evaluate and refine the project management role, project processes and workflow functions

Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in using a modern software tool to assist in planning – Smartsheet, Jira, and/or Monday are preferred

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across a broad cross-functional group and work under tight deadlines

You work well with a team, and lead confidently and calmly, even when unexpected challenges arise

Effective communicator and collaborative team player who excels at building relationships

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field

3-5 years of successful small- and large-scale project management experience
