A passionate creative with demonstrated experience in creative projects across all channels, the Designer, Brand will make our brand stand out across web, social, retail, salons, OOH, tradeshow environments, and more, creating designs that communicate value to consumer and professional markets. While supporting the Art Director, you are eager to make an impact on our growing brand and be the “go to” person on our team for all things design.What You’ll Do:Concept, create, and deliver high impact renders, graphics, and designs to support the Art Director across needs for DTC, print, visual merchandising, packaging, and morePrepare and execute omnichannel design needs to spec, ready for pressSupport creation and maintaining of brand guideline standards to communicate concepts effectively across 360 markets and cross-functional teamsAdvise social content and creators ensuring adherence to brand standards across the feed, video, stills, and crews in partnership with the Art Director and Social Media ManagerAssist in creation of briefs and mock-ups for internal concept development to adapt designs across channels and various marketsEngage in project planning and conceptual phases to ensure creative alignment and readiness for upcoming challenges, maintaining a steady flow of innovative ideasImplement and convert on feedback; build knowledge and expertise around the brand to limit number of revisions and efficiently complete assigned projectsParticipate in all project phases from ideation to in-store execution and post-roll-out supportOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:4+ years experience designing for CPG or beauty brands with omnichannel accountabilitiesAdvanced knowledge of the full Adobe suite; proficiency with using Asana for project and task managementExpertise in design tools with previous experience working in web, social media, packaging, print, and visual merchandisingExperience working closely with key cross-functional stakeholdersAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to take independent action to achieve objectives and convert on design feedbackWhat We Offer:Generous Time Off:
