Our goal is to be the best pickleball facility ever created. As our marketing manager, you will help us create and grow our brand identity and capture new customers.

Develop marketing strategies to grow the online and social media presence of Pickleland.
Develop and publish content calendar with content such as videos, photos, reels, and other media.Create ad copy and creatives using Canva (or similar)
Promote tournaments or special events to sell memberships, leagues, and overall company growth.Grow social media accounts to hit measurable targets set by management.Provide customer support, including response emails and communications to purchases or online inquiries.Qualifications:
High aptitude with social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and the like.
Understanding of what type of content performs best on any given channel and why
Expertise with:
Meta Business SuiteYoutube Studio
Track record of creating successful marketing campaigns
Understands what CPA, ROAS and CPM are, and how to influence them.
Must love pickleball
Familiarity with the game, rules, and customs of Pickleball.
Outgoing and friendly personality.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs) and/or Notion/Coda.High school diploma or equivalent.[Bonus] Has 1 or more of the following accolades:
Grown Instagram or TikTok account to 10k+ followersGrown organic traffic to 20k/moKnows influencers in the sports or pickleball spacePosted at least 100 posts on any given platform
Successful completion of a background check may be requiredCompensation
