While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Primary Responsibilities:The Executive Director Brand Marketing is a senior marketing role, responsible for leading and developing a comprehensive brand strategy. This position also spearheads the development and execution (in partnership with various leadership) of all consumer communication needs as well as overseeing enterprise-wide marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role manages a team of junior-level brand marketers.The Executive Director Brand Marketing is also responsible for partnering with internal and external agencies to ensure successful development and execution of strategic, all-encompassing marketing campaigns. This role provides direction through strong leadership and the ability to influence, showcase sound judgment, and provide superior decision-making and problem-solving skills. The Executive Director Brand Marketing will ultimately drive positive impact and deliver on KPIs across all offerings and venues.Represent the Brand Marketing organization while liaising with Senior Leadership across various lines of business, operations and communications teams.Proactively collaborate and drive influence with various internal department leaders to understand business needs, timing, business impact and expectations.Collaborate with Senior Leadership to create, execute and communicate the brand strategy, including the management of several partners, including brand strategy, creative services, social media, public relations, paid media, casino marketing and internal communications, among others.Support the successful development of Statement Of Work (SOW) for external agencies. Actively manages scope of Agency Of Record (AOR)/SOW and plays leadership role in stewardship of agency deliverables (together with property partners).Drive the execution of the SOW for internal agency partner to prioritize work and proactively manage demand. Responsible for effectively managing creative demands to ensure that internal agency partner workload is properly allocated.Serve as the primary owner with respect to the governance of all marketing priorities. This may include governance of property owned assets, website assets (carousel), email content priorities, entertainment needs, partnership communications, corporate initiatives, and general hierarchy of priorities.Drive the creation of all campaigns (including campaigns for individual venues) including the management of creative rotation strategy across all brand marketing channels.Lead the strategy for the brand (consumer-facing) including all related campaign deliverables. Manage agency partners in delivering campaign materials.Responsible for the production budget for creative development needs.Provide leadership to all junior team members to optimize engagement, performance and job satisfaction.Continually seek and synthesize internal consumer data and research, business insights and analytics report to drive strategic direction across all consumer communications and campaigns.Stay current on key marketing trends, best practices and destination or economic research (LVCVA data, ANA information and relevant industry trends).Manage Human Resources responsibilities for the specifically assigned areas; create and maintain a work environment that encompasses the company's positive culture and diversity.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.4+ years of prior relevant leadership experience in brand marketing, or advertising, or related experience.
