The Director of Partner Marketing will take on a strategic ownership role across all partner types, including channel, OEM, and other strategic alliances. You will be responsible for driving growth through our partner ecosystem by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of partner business models and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver impactful results.What You’ll Be DoingCollaborate with the partner leadership and team to develop winning strategies that create predictability in Esper’s partner driven revenue.Develop and implement strategic integrated partner marketing campaigns that generate partner-sourced leads and revenue across various partner categories, including channel partners, OEMs, and strategic alliances.Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns including webinars, panels, emails, social campaigns, trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.Own the partner event strategy (virtual and in-person), collaborating with internal teams to drive execution.Serve as the primary marketing liaison for our strategic partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with Esper’s goals.Drive regular communications to ensure strategic partner alignment, educate partners, develop GTM strategies for strategic partners, and enhance partner ecosystems.Compile and analyze reports on campaign, initiative, and event performance to optimize for the highest ROI.Collaborate with the enablement team to create and manage messaging, enablement materials, documentation, and content to support co-marketing efforts and partner sales channels.Become a subject matter expert on Esper’s use cases and value propositions for partners, as well as partner value propositions by geography and industry.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to partner channels and growth strategies.Manage and develop a growing partner marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve departmental and organizational goals.What we’re looking forBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Extensive experience in partner marketing, with a strong understanding of channel GTM strategies, partner business models, and channel engagement best practices.Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B integrated marketing campaigns within the SaaS industry.Exceptional communication and project management skills with a professional work ethic and attitude.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with OEMs and strategic alliances is highly preferred.Ability to travel up to 20% to channel partner events.What we think makes us specialEsper is a fast-growing, well-funded company where everyone matters and you can see your impact daily.
