Head of Global Scientific Communications,Immunology (Dupixent/Itepekimab Alliance) page is loaded Head of Global Scientific Communications,Immunology (Dupixent/Itepekimab Alliance) Bewerben locations Cambridge, MA time type Vollzeit posted on Vor 3 Tagen ausgeschrieben job requisition id R2745749The Head of Global Scientific Communications, Immunology, oversees the development and execution of the scientific data dissemination/publication planning, and medical communication/education strategy for the Immunology pipeline of products within our alliance (including Dupilumab and Itepekimab) across Dermatology, Respiratory, Rhinology, Gastroenterology, Allergy, & Inflammation.This leadership role oversees a team of Publications and Medical Communications/Education professionals responsible for the planning and development of internal & external data dissemination and communications through leading:Scientific communications strategic planning and resource development, including scientific platforms, lexicons, and FAQs/backgrounders, while supporting content development for medical training and advisory boardsStrategic publication planning and execution, including the development of abstract submissions to medical and scientific congresses, posters, and platform presentations, manuscripts, and journal publication enhancementsHCP Medical education planning, including content development for live education programs and congress symposia, online education, multi/omni channel HCP education, field medical tools, slide decks, and medical booth/congress resourcesCollaboration with external authors and academic experts is essential to drive execution of high quality and relevant publications and medical education materials to address educational and data gaps and inform decision making.In addition to investigators/authors, a key element of this role involves managing scientific agencies and requires working closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, particularly from Research and Clinical Development, to drive the data generation strategy and integration of scientific, clinical, and business priorities.The Head of Global Scientific Communications has experience and a proven track record of success in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in scientific research, publication planning, medical communications, and medical affairs activities. This role reports to the Head of Global Medical, Immunology (Dupixent/Itepekimab alliance).Qualifications and SkillsAdvance degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD) with 15+ years of relevant medical affairs experience.A minimum of 15 years pharma/biotech industry globalAbility to interpret and critique scientific and medical data with respect to scientific and business implications are essentialExperience and demonstrated skill in the analysis, communication, and presentation of complex scientific and medical dataTrack record of successfully developing peer-reviewed publications is requiredExemplary customer facing skills, and ability to collaborate with external Key Opinion Leaders on data dissemination strategies in a credible, responsive and customer focused manner is a necessity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal; comfortable and experienced in making presentationsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environmentExperience collaborating with and supporting international medical scientific teamsKnowledge of industry guidelines pertaining to data dissemination (e.g., CONSORT, ICMJE, GPPs) and interactions with health care providers (e.g., PhRMA Code, AdvaMed guidelines)Domestic and international travel (20%)Position is based in Cambridge, MA#GD-SG
