Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.We are in search of a detail-oriented, analytical growth marketing manager with deep expertise in paid media channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and Programmatic. In this role, you will utilize your channel proficiency to propel our paid media efforts in AMER forward, enhancing our top and mid-funnel activities to boost efficiency and achieve regional objectives.In this capacity, you will collaborate with the AMER growth marketing team to strategize, localize, implement, evaluate, and broaden effective paid media campaigns that drive sign-ups in a cost-effective manner. This strategic position demands deep knowledge of paid social platforms, programmatic, and other advanced paid media platforms and emerging channels (i.e. Gartner). Comfortable managing substantial budgets and data sets, you will tackle complex problems and adapt accordingly. You thrive in a dynamic setting, are proactive, and possess a keen ability to take initiative.This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.What you’ll achieveStrategically plan, initiate, and extend campaigns that promote growth efficiently in AMER.Enhance campaign performance by overseeing daily operations across various countries and languages, including budget and bid management, campaign construction, experimentation, and optimization.Lead and implement an expansion and experimentation strategy to deepen market insights, increasing efficiency and paid media reach.Communicate channel performance, progress, and insights across teams to uncover new opportunities and enhance business impact.Contribute to the paid media program growth by proactively identifying opportunities and acting on them.Maximize marginal return on paid social investments using revenue and cost curves.Foster strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to bring your vision for the program to fruition.About you6+ years of experience in scaling and refining large-scale paid media campaigns across the AMER market, with a deep understanding of its diverse seasonality.Skilled in managing complex campaigns with budgets over $10M and proficient in major paid social platforms including Meta and LinkedIn.Advanced proficiency in incrementality testing and complex attribution models, including Geo-X, conversion and brand lift, and MMM.Familiar with paid social management tools (i.e. Smartly), showcasing strong expertise in data analysis and creative optimization.A data-driven approach underpinned by a comprehensive grasp of analytics, user funnels, and testing methodologies.Proven experience in collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying analytical insights to diverse audiences, alongside a strong ability to work independently and proactively in ambiguous situations.Adept at confidently navigating autonomy, pushing forward initiatives with a clear track record of impactful decision-making.At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $146,000 - $186,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
