Create an environment where staff and Door Holders love to serve the local church and can grow in understanding how to use his/her gifts to bring glory to God utilizing production technology.
Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the technical systems and respective Production Teams that execute Passion gatherings both large and smallAssist in cultivating, building, inspiring and leading a world class Production staff teamBuild and maintain a highly functioning team of Production Door HoldersProvide key insights, recommendations, relationships and proposals on forward leaning production innovationsConduit of relationship to key and core production contractor relationshipsProactively consider how to best use technology for the church and maximize department resourcesPartner and key manager, forecaster and maintainer of Production BudgetAssist in planning elements and flow of worship service each week in relation to creative elements through a production lensEnsure that all production equipment is working properly, develop maintenance schedule to ensure regular maintenance on gear including: cameras, lighting, A/V, and other production equipment and systemsCreate new equipment proposals, source competitive quotes and assist in procurement of new equipment with the future in mindProvide leadership and management to inventory across locations and in warehousesBring global oversight and leadership to production for all Passion City Church Atlanta locations, advising all other locations and Passion Conferences team as neededLead the charge and serve as Production Manager for events as neededFacilitate production meetings to assist in strategizing, collaborating and determining how Production will work to support all gatherings and eventsCreate and implement systems to recruit and train staff and Door Holders, including designing a pathway for developing team members into new and future rolesShepherd, mentor and coach the Production Staff and Door Holder TeamsTrain staff and Door Holders on new equipmentDevelop systems, processes, procedures and best practices for our teamsThis job description in no way states or implies that the ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are the only responsibilities of this position.
