Come build with us.About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Designer who is interested in redefining the future of venture capital. You will collaborate with our R&D teams to build new features or iterate on currently existing features to include more complex use cases.You will report to our Product Design Lead.

Lead the design for projects you are working onCollaborate with designers across the product team to ensure data accuracy and alignmentPerform necessary research and synthesize insights for your teamWork closely with XFN partners to solicit feedback to ensure project outcomes are being metLeverage your expertise and judgment to work quickly while also choosing the moments to propose research initiatives to fill in the gapsUse and contribute to evolving design systems and standardsTake on complex, interdependent projects and seek the information required to fill in any missing gapsOther characteristics of the ideal candidate:
Has a high bar for craftExcited by complex use cases occasionally driven by enterprise needsYears of design experience are not always an indicator of quality, but we find the ideal candidates to have over 8 years of relevant experienceComfortable being a sole contributor to high-impact projectsHow Success will be Measured in this Role:
Efficiency improvements: identify and design solutions that significantly reduce the amount of time required to complete tasksUser satisfaction: achieve high levels of satisfaction among users measured by positive feedbackQuality and brand alignment: collaborate across design teams to ensure quality bar remains high
