You will work as part of cross-functional team of studio/UX, visual design, copy/content and developers. Developing beautiful visual designs from concept to completion concepts supported by research, A/B testing, then producing prototypes. Always, with high attention to detail.Key Responsibilities
Champion the use of design system library within Figma to maintain consistency and scalability across designs.Must demonstrate a strong passion for visual design and possess an ability to comprehend design across various formats, including responsive digital platforms for both authenticated and unauthenticated experiences, as well as native mobile applications.Utilize Figma extensively to create prototypes and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals and user needs.Lead the design efforts across multiple projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers.Continuously evolve and enhance our design system, contributing to its growth and usability.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the design team.Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and user experience.Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience as a Designer(4-8 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital products and services.Expertise in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaborationIn-depth knowledge of the creative suite, Figma design tools - including libraries and tokens, with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain design systems at scale.A portfolio demonstrating your passion for designDeep understanding of design system principles and experience in implementing and maintaining design system libraries.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
