Full-timeAs a Senior Business Management Strategist at Balsam Brands, you will be responsible for the analysis, reporting and execution of pricing strategies in support of the overall brand’s financial goals and objectives. You will use your strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems, provide recommendations that drive strategic priorities, and have a direct impact on the bottom-line financials of a fast-growing organization.

Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.This full-time position reports to the Director of Business Management, eCommerce and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office located in Redwood City, California.What you’ll do:Create pricing plan and execute to optimize revenue, margin, and product sell-throughAnalyze and monitor business, inventory and website KPIs, provide insights and recommendations to improve performanceEstablish pricing and promotional strategyAssist with business reviews, perform analysis and make recommendations for eCommerce financial performance, present analysis and recommendations in meetingsCollaborate and partner with cross-functional teamsWhat you bring to the table:5+ years of experience in pricing, finance or business analysiseCommerce, retail or B2C experiences preferredStrong analytical skills, ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw clear, actionable insightsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizedBusiness acumen, good understanding of business performance KPIsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMotivated and a self-starter, can roll up your sleeves and get things doneAbility to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency in Excel requiredExperience with web analytics and data visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plusAbout Us:

Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors.
