As a senior producer in Mayo Clinic's Executive Event Production team, you will collaborate closely with Executive Office staff, event managers, and content writers. Leading production crews and partnering with internal teams and industry experts, you will deliver impactful events that strengthen awareness, trust, and alignment with Mayo Clinic’s strategic goals. This role encompasses overseeing technical production for virtual, in-person, and broadcast events of varying scales.

Ideal candidates are seasoned event producers who excel in creating exceptional event experiences from start to finish. This position requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Expertise in event production planning, including budget oversight, venue logistics, and adherence to industry standards, is essential. Leadership skills are vital for delegating tasks and ensuring high-quality results while staying abreast of industry trends and operational challenges.Responsible for a high level of administrative, logistical, and technical duties in the pre-production and production of live and scripted programs. You will be responsible for the creation of highly complex video programming, such as documentary, historical, staff/employee education, patient education, executive communications, benefactor programming, news releases, and long format scripted programs for staff/physician/consultant/scientist support and clinical documentation. These videos will have a very high level of quality with significant complexity. You will work independently a majority of the time and utilize and demonstrate organizational skills, creativity, self-motivation, and a high degree of production skill. You must have the ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously, including budget development and management.This position is a combination of remote and onsite support work. The individual must live within driving distance to the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville campus.
