Each year, our Foundation, employees and financial representatives donate time, talent and financial support to causes they're passionate about.SummaryAs part of our Field Marketing team within the Marketing Department, you will be a key contributor in defining and delivering outstanding marketing experiences for our financial representatives, field leaders and their teams that help them reach and engage with consumers across the marketing funnel. You will deliver on campaign strategies in partnership with teams across the department to ensure our key audiences can easily leverage our marketing offerings, with a key focus on implementing activation strategies into our marketing platforms. This may include project research, execution and measurement tracking/analytics done independently or by building relationships, and leveraging synergies between various departments and vendors.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesProgram Management: Serves as lead for assigned programs and projects, developing timelines, success criteria, reporting and measurement, work plans and integrating into training and adoption plans.

Material Management: Assist with material oversight, managing requests, handling inquiries, custom orders, custom templates, publishing process, best practices, and issue resolution.

Material Management: Aid our partners in design, creation and implementation of consumer-facing marketing materials, campaigns, and projects to ensure the voice of our field members is reflected. May require management of external writers and internal business partners to achieve goals.

Communication Standards: Contribute to the development and implementation of formal processes, standards and guidelines for marketing materials and internal stakeholder communications while ensuring cooperation and adherence to the organization's brand standards.

Metrics: Develop basic systems and leverage reports to support strategies and tactics to ensure data-driven decision making. Contribute performance insights to campaign reporting strategies and documents.

Relationship Management: Act as liaison/partner/consultant between other Field Marketing teams, Product Marketing, Thought Leadership teams, and other cross-functional partners, MMC, vendors and other internal stakeholders.

Shared Learning: Train marketing department members on print and electronic content development best practices, processes and standards.

Platform Support & Enhancement: Coordinate with our Field Strategy and MarTech teams to identify, build justification for, and implement technology enhancements and workflow automation to improve system effectiveness (e.g. Marketing Commons, PromoShop, Workfront, etc.).

QualificationsBachelor's Degree with an emphasis in marketing/communications, business or related field

3+ years of proven experience/knowledge of marketing and communication operations/processes/materials to include analysis, design, documentation, and production using industry best practices and standards to drive short and long-term business growth goals.

Process-oriented - champions the necessary steps to lead projects from launch to completion while defining and implementing solutions.

Organized Execution - with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects keeping them on track, within budget and at required level of quality.

Strong Customer Focus Thinking - able to generate excitement with new and different project ideas and programs that keep the client as center focus.

Excellent Communication and Influence Skills - clear, concise, and persuasive in style (written and verbal). Drives thinking of brand and communication guideline adherence both internally and with business partners.

Problem Solver - resourceful and capable of navigating through complex business challenges and comfortable in ambiguous situations where roles are not always clearly defined.

Drive - works independently, not afraid to take charge to get things done. Follows through on commitments to achieve results.

PC Experience - proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Knowledge and experience in financial services industry is preferred.
