We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketing professional who specializes in inbound marketing and lead generation to join our leadership team as the Vice President of Marketing. This role is pivotal in driving, qualifying, and nurturing leads to increase the demand for our products and services in our niche, B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Inbound Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy that focuses on attracting, engaging, and converting our target audience. Create a roadmap for content marketing, social media, SEO, along with other inbound and outbound marketing programs.

2.

Lead Generation:

Oversee lead generation initiatives, including creating compelling technical content and landing pages along with traditional trade shows, events, and paid advertising to feed prospect nurturing workflows and convert prospects into sales opportunities and customers.

3.

Product Storytelling and Brand Building:

Develop brand awareness and trust with clear, compelling product stories that include product differentiations and value propositions that stand out in competitive marketplaces.

4.

Content Marketing:

Develop and execute a content strategy that includes blog posts, application notes, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other content pieces aimed at educating and engaging our target audience.

5.

SEO and Website Optimization:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance the user experience on our website.

6.

Email Marketing:

Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.

7.

Social Media Management:

Oversee the company's social media presence, using platforms such as LinkedIn and youTube to engage with our audience and promote content.

8.

Analytics and Reporting:

Establish and monitor KPIs related to inbound marketing and lead generation efforts. Provide regular reports to senior management, making data driven recommendations on marketing strategy.

9.

Budget Management:

Create and manage the marketing budget for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.

10.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on brand building and lead generation. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Work collaboratively across teams within the organization, including Sales and Engineering, to drive success.

Qualifications:

15+ years in B2B Marketing, Technical Communications, Business Development, or a related field

7+ years of progressive management in marketing leadership roles

Degree in business, marketing or technical discipline, or commensurate career experience

Track record of brand building, demand generation, and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and selling to equipment manufacturers participating in life science, medical, electric vehicle, military/aerospace and semiconductor markets.

Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated success in creating and implementing cost-effective inbound marketing strategies and lead generation programs.

Technical background or clear understanding of refrigeration, cryogenics, and temperature control technologies with ability to translate complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics including CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Semrush, Google Analytics, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience building trusted relationships with executives, colleagues, and end users.

Leadership and team management experience.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
