Position Summary:

The individual in this position will work closely with other key members of Home Entertainment Integrated Marketing and Product Management to bring the projects to life. Strong tactical project management skills, creative development expertise, agency management skills, and cross-functional communication are required.

The responsibilities of this role involve working with our agency to deploy creative for the category, ensuring best-in-class execution, consistent messaging fit for each channel, and ensuring that brand guidelines are followed. Day-to-day responsibilities include adapting master creative assets (either developed by HQ or by the local team) for use across paid/owned marketing channels and creating toolkits for use by other marketing teams (e.g.: digital, social, retail, comms marketing) to maximize marketing consistency and cross-channel synergy.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of technical activities.Communications & Product Launches:Execute and deploy the overarching HE brand messaging, product messaging, and feature messaging hierarchy (strategy and copy) in conjunction with key stakeholders across the Integrated Marketing and Product Management teams.Localize global assets from HQ for the US market.Develop, version, and deploy marketing materials for use in paid and owned channels.Build clear communications/marketing toolkits and other materials to help internal and external stakeholders adhere to our marketing strategy and guidelines.Provide HE brand governance to ensure that stakeholder creative adheres to our marketing and messaging strategy.Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.Strategy and Briefs:Work with the CSMI team to generate insights on improving marketing communications, channel deployment, and execution.Build a clear and coherent execution/deployment strategy for each project.Develop insight-based and thorough creative briefs for agency partners.Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals, and directing the integration of technical activities.Project Management:Work with HE Division stakeholders across Integrated Marketing (Consumer Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Comms Marketing (PR/Social)) and Product Management to align strategy and output.Liaise with Corporate Marketing and Legal to ensure brand and legal compliance of marketing assets.Manage internal stakeholders and agency timelines along with the deliverable's schedules; communicate and align expectations cross-functionally.Effective leadership and project management on projects.Integrate creative insights and feedback that lead to effective campaigns.Creative deployment:Develop, execute, and govern a clear creative deployment strategy for use across the various consumer touchpoints - flexing messaging, look/feel, tone, etc. across the consumer purchase journey and channels to ensure creative that is fit for purpose.Oversee versioning of master campaign and promotional assets into coherent toolkits to ensure downstream stakeholders can execute creative strategy with excellence.Govern downstream creative executions to ensure that all marketing is consistent and works together to guide consumers across the consumer experience journey (CEJ).Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.Budget:Responsible for assigned budget, managing the procurement process, and ensuring that all vendor payments are secured.Ensure that all financial, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance processes are being followed.Performance standards:World-class, industry-leading creative execution.Measured against financial, in-market, and brand health objectives.Execute on time and in budget.Attain all goals and KPIs aligned with management.Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.Analyze resource needs and plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required.11+ years (8+ years in marketing; 3+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or related field).
